Lizzie and Pete’s Spring Wedding was held in The Old Chemistry Theatre –
which is part of Nottingham Trent University’s Arkwright Rooms.
They’d both been busy the night before the ceremony, decorating the
room with hundreds of daffodils – daffodil garlands, daffodils in vases,
daffodils in buckets – it looked amazing. Their guests wore daffodil
button holes and Lizzie carried a huge bouquet of daffodils as she walked
down the aisle (I’m sensing a theme here.)
Their wedding was a riot of colour and fun throughout – and also featured
a gorgeous vintage lace wedding gown, the-coolest-wedding-car-ever,
a really fun photo booth and some great music from The Soul Thieves.
Thank you Lizzie and Pete for such a great day and for your kind words afterwards:
“We have just looked through all the photos and we absolutely LOVE them!
Thank you so much for these brilliant pictures of a wonderful day!”
Anyway, on with the photos…

This was my second time as a wedding photographer at The Arkwright Rooms,
and I have to say it’s definitely one of my favourite Nottingham venues.
The light inside the ceremony room is beautiful – the old library is a great space for
a huge party and there are so many great locations inside the building and courtyard
which combine modern and traditional architecture – perfect backdrops for your photos!
